How cool is it that Jeff is teaching Mindset (who wrote that again? Carol somebody) now! What a difference it will make in the future.

Dweck? I haven’t actually read her, so if we’re teaching Mindset it’s by accident. 🙂 Jeff is better about it than me, but we try to go with what makes sense to us. Sometimes my default is whatever comes out of my mouth in an emotional moment, followed by realization that there were 101 better things to say or do.
