Inspiration Strikes!

I was reading someone’s blog a couple of weeks ago and have been thinking about ripping off her idea. This blogger set a challenge for herself to blog every single day until her 40th birthday, which for her was less than a year. I’ll be 36 in July (I had to ask Jeff how old I am–sad), so that’s too many years of committment. Therefore… (drumroll, please)

I hereby commit to blogging at least four times a week until I die.

I really need to stick to something and see it through, or at least give it a decent effort over a sustained period of time. Hopefully this will be a success. If it’s not, feel free to leave a comment, which I will ignore.

You have my support: I’m your number one fan.

Oof. Four times a week? That’s tough. I’d make it once a week until you die. That’s doable, no?

Oh, and if it matters, I follow a lot of blogs and those that do post a lot (like, say, four times a week) are just harder to follow. I go over to my Reader, see 34 posts for a single blog I need to catch up on, and decide to go with those blogs that don’t have *quite* so much to read. Of course then when I come back later that’s up to 36 posts, and catching up has become even more of a project. FWIW 🙂

Well, okay, if you insist, how about *twice* a week????

LOL Kathie! I can’t even keep up with comments, so don’t worry. The odds are very good that I’ll post a lot for a short while, then once a week will be a miracle.

Once a week was a better goal. 🙂
